Elizabeth B. McIntosh, age 74 of Fairfield, passed away on Friday, August 8, 2014. She was born in Hamilton on March 20, 1940 to Daniel and Pearl (Isaacs) Horn.

She is survived by her husband; Earl McIntosh, children; Tammy (the late LJ) North, Daniel Bates, Roger (Kim) Bates, Randall (Holly) McIntosh, step children; Debbie Johnson and Bobo McIntosh, siblings; Frances, Harst, Bobby Gene, Elmer, Delmer, Linda, Donna,

grandchildren; Dorothy, Michael, Johnathan, Chris, Randall, Kayla, Kyle, Britney, great grandchildren; Shawn, Elizabeth, Brooklyn, CJ, Aubrynn. She was preceded in death by her parents, step child; Danny McIntosh, siblings; Dillard, Faye, and Richard.
