Emma Faye Blevins, age 69 of Middletown, passed away at her residence on Monday, January 19, 2026. She was born on May 29, 1956 in Hamilton, the daughter of the late Roy Taylor and Elsie Marie (Ledford) Howard. Emma is survived by her daughter, Shannon Blevins; grandchildren, Jenna (Caleb) Davenport, Austin Blevins, Noah Blevins, and Luke Blevins; siblings, Brenda Meyer, Kathy Theobald, and Mike (Lori) Howard; and many nieces and nephews.
