Evelyn R. Lawrence, 88, of Monroe, passed away on Thursday, September 24. She was preceded in death by her husband, "Lucky" Lawrence; brothers, Richard (Dick) Ferber, Francis Ferber and Robert L. Ferber. Evelyn is survived by her daughters, Margaret (Fred) Fischer and Mary Lou (David) Reed; grandchildren, Mindy (Ryan) Muddiman, Amy (James) Perl, Aaron (Brooke) Fischer and Ayla Reed; 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Carolyn Strauss, Dorothy (Keith) Leab and Mary (Joseph) Tuttle. She was well loved by many and will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends at the Ivey Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Road, Hamilton, on Tuesday, September 29 from 11 am until 1 pm with funeral services commencing at 1 pm. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
