Evelyn L. Oglesby

Evelyn Lee Oglesby, age 76, of Hamilton, Ohio, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2025. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on August 12, 1949, to the union of Stanley Minnick and Aleda Erhardt. Evelyn was employed as a “Domestic Engineer.” Her family knew that she excelled as the best homemaker, and caretaker in the world. She exhibited a spicy sense of humor, genuinely loved her family and friends, and possessed a spiritual faith that guided her in becoming a great individual. Her quiet times were spent at Lake Cumberland on her houseboat.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband of 56 years, Ronald, and her son, Jeffrey L. Oglesby.

Evelyn is survived by her son, Kevin L. Oglesby (Lisa); one grandson, Sean (Billie); two step-grandchildren, Kaeley, and Brenden; one -great-grandchild, Gracie, and a host of other family and friends who will cherish her memory.

Visitation will be held at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Rd., Hamilton, OH 45011 on Thursday, December 11, 2025, beginning at 10:30am, until time of services, beginning at 11:30am.
