

Geraldine “Gerri” Pike, age 89, of Hamilton, passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at Hospice of Hamilton. Gerri was born at Fort Hamilton Hospital on November 20, 1936, the daughter of the late Robert E. Begley and Virginia Dare (Frazee) Begley. In her later years, Gerri enjoyed working at McDonald’s, but found her greatest joy in volunteering at Fort Hamilton Hospital, where she touched many lives with her kindness and warm spirit. On December 18, 1954, she married the love of her life, Melvin E. Pike, who preceded her in death on October 21, 2019. She was also preceded in death by her son, David Scott Pike, and her brother, Bobby Begley. Gerri is survived by her three children, Kim (Robert) Wyatt, Traci (Rick) Anderson, and Kevin (Jamie) Pike; nine grandchildren, Mitch Wyatt, Corey (Katherine) Wyatt, Tim (Olivia) Wyatt, Amanda Pike, Nicole (Tom) Ciresi, Stephanie (Derrick) Lambdin, Stacie (Tyler) Nichols, Taylor (Megan) Pike, and Spencer Pike; and ten great-grandchildren, Triston, Bryce, Jaxon, Camden, Lucas, Caroline, Samantha, Riley, Bellamy, and Tessa. Gerri will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose deep love for her family shaped every part of her life. Her gentle nature, dedication, and generosity will be missed by all who knew her. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, with a Funeral Ceremony to follow at 1:00 p.m., officiated by Dr. Philip Lilly.
