Greg was born and raised in Archbold, Ohio. He later ventured south for several years, but ultimately moved with his wife, Cindy to the Cincinnati area to be closer to his beloved daughters. He loved Cindy with all his heart and was grateful for their 29 years of marriage. Greg and Cindy built a home together in Franklin, Ohio and loved spending time together around the fire pit. Greg and Cindy were inseparable. They shared a profound love for one another that most people dream about. Greg always put his family first. He was a proud and present father and grandfather. He had an unbreakable bond with his grandchildren. They adored him. He enjoyed taking his grandchildren fishing, trick or treating, watching them play sports and making them laugh. Greg was always there for his daughters, whether fixing a leaky sink, stopping by for dinner or to simply give them a hug. He was a kind-hearted husband, father, brother, and son. Greg had such a big heart and would do anything to help his family and friends. His family is heartbroken at the unexpected loss of such a devoted and humble man. His family will treasure every memory they’ve shared with him.
Gregory is survived by his wife Cindy Nafziger; children Emily (James) Bolander, Jill (Charles) Wyckoff, and Brandy Ruiz; grandchildren Ethan, Luke, Ava, Knox, Stella, Ashlyn, Baylee, Logan and another on the way; mother Patricia; Step-father, Don; step-mother Vicki; brother David (Deb); mother-in-law Bonnie; and the mother of his children, Tammy Cousino.
