Helen Marie Scott

Helen was born on March 27, 1926 to Elizabeth and Val Cardon.

She married William Ray Scott on December 9, 1950, he passed away on March 30, 1996.

She enjoyed bowling, going to church, shopping, and she enjoyed most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

She was a member of Zion Baptist Church. She retired from Tri County Extended Care as a medical assistant after many years, retiring at 83 years old.

Helen will be deeply missed by her daughter, Victoria Colyer; sons Herbert Scott and David Scott; daughter-in-laws Debbie Rose and Mary Ellen Scott; grandchildren Melissa (Chuck), Sherry (John), Denise (Adam), Herbie Jr., Alicia, John “Jay” (Crystal), Amy (Tim), Jayson (Jennifer), Shiann, and Billy Ray; many great-grandchildren; and sisters Norita and Marty.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents, husband William Ray Scott, son John Olin Scott, granddaughter Tracy Scott, grandson David James Scott, three sisters, and daughter-in-law Mary Scott.

Pall bearers are John “Jay” Scott, Jason Scott, Herb Scott Jr., Chuck Weinstiger, Connor Scott, Adam Taylor.

A visitation will be held from 12 PM to 1 PM, with a service to follow at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Rd. Hamilton, OH 45011. Burial will take place at Rose Hill Burial Park.
