Throughout her life, Helen was known for the steady diligence she brought to each day—someone who believed in the value of work and carried that commitment with her always. She worked all her life, and in her later years especially enjoyed her time working at Walmart.
Just as memorable as her work ethic was the warmth she extended to everyone she met. Helen was very friendly and never knew a stranger; her kind spirit and open manner made others feel welcome in her presence, and she was well loved by those who had the good fortune to know her.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Walton; her daughter, Rosemary Walton; and her brother, Willis Haun.
She is survived by her sons, George Walton and Troy Walton Jr.; her brother, Roy; her sisters, Kris, Sandy, and Peggy; her grandchildren, Timmy, Trisha, and Shauna; and a host of other family and friends.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am on October 22, 2026, at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Rd., Hamilton, OH 45011.
