

In his younger years, Men enlisted and served proudly in the Cambodian Army in 1975. Later in life, after becoming a citizen of the United States, he obtained employment as a welder with Fleetwood Metal Industries.
Hok Ly was family oriented, a good provider, very “strong willed,” and a diligent worker. He loved gardening and anything “military themed,” including documentaries, and events/gatherings.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Sokhum Men. Hok Ly is survived by his loving wife, Eng Kim; son, Pailin Men (Chheng Meng); daughter, Chainda Men Alessi (Jared); grandchildren, Eva, Elliana, Brielle, Brynley, and Emmie; and a host of other family and friends who will cherish his memory.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Rd., Hamilton, OH 45011, from 8:30am to 10:30 am. A committal service will be held at Rose Hill Burial Park, 2421 Princeton Rd., Hamilton, OH 45011 at 11:00am with Monk Chey Sok presiding.
