Jackie Vaughn age 81 of Hamilton passed away Friday March 18, 2016 in his home. He was born October 12, 1934 in Covington, Kentucky the son of the late George Matthew Vaughn and Bessie Hubbard Vaughn. Mr. Vaughn was a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps and worked as a union carpenter for many years. He was fond of the outdoors and enjoyed fishing. He is survived by his wife Myrtle Vaughn; two sons Jack (Billie) Vaughn and Joseph (Vonda) Vaughn; step son Charlie Nelson; ten grandchildren, including special granddaughter Janice (fiancé Gary Mays) Perry; several great grandchildren, and one sister Betty Crocker. Mr. Vaughn was also preceded in death by his step daughter Jewel Faye Wathen, a brother Don Vaughn, and a sister Norma Spahn. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Wednesday March 23, 2016 from 12:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 PM, with Pastor Tyler Green, officiating.
