Janet Lee Brooks, age 79, of Hamilton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 6, 2025, at StoryPoint of Fairfield. She was born on October 8, 1946, in Hamilton to the late John and Effie (Campbell) Doan. Janet married the love of her life, Deary Russell Brooks, on August 26, 1967. She is survived by her daughter Lori (Robert) Wijbrandus; her special niece Cathy Minor; and her special nephew Ron Doan. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Deary Douglas Brooks. Janet worked throughout her life in a variety of industries, including real estate, Cincinnati Financial, and Champion Paper. She was known for her strong work ethic, warm heart, and unwavering loyalty to those she loved. A private ceremony will be held at the convenience of the family.
