Age 86 of Hamilton, passed away on Sunday May 4, 2014 at Westover Retirement Community. She was born in Millville on May 17, 1927 the daughter of the late Virgil and Bonnie (Chadwick) Belcher. Jeanne was a 1945 Graduate of Hamilton High and continued her education receiving her B.S. at Miami University. On September 6, 1947 in Hamilton, she married Peter George Theobald, Jr and he preceded her in death on October 25, 2006. Jeanne was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Pi Beta Phi and an educator for the Hamilton Schools for 36 years. She is survived by her sons, Steve (Erin) Theobald and John (Dee Dee) Theobald; six grandchildren, Taylor, John, Michael, Scott, Stephanie and Stacy; eight great grandchildren and one great great grandson. She was also preceded in death by her three siblings, Bud Belcher, Louise Armstrong and Jackie Wilkinson.
