John T. Hufford passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at the age of 59 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. John was born in Hamilton, the son of the late Harold and Thyra Hufford. He is survived by his loving wife Evelyn (nee Carr) Hufford; dear children Tim Hufford, Jennifer Hufford (fiancé Stu), Jessica Hufford (fiancé Austin) and Alicia (Kevin) Holzer, grandchildren; Caitie, Corey, Connor, John, Audrey, Macy, Evan and Brielle, his brother Marty (Shirley) Hufford and his sister Myra (Al) Terwilliger. John was a devoted husband, father and doting grandfather. He will be deeply missed by many loving family and friends. Visitation will be held from 11am to 2pm Monday, April 18, 2016 at the Ivey Funeral Home 2565 Princeton Rd. 45011. Funeral service will be 2pm Monday at the funeral home. Burial to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Memorial contributions may be made in John's honor to The American Cancer Society.
