Joseph Herbert Lipps, age 55 of Hamilton, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021at Golden Years Nursing Home. He was born on February 27, 1966 in Norfolk, Virginia, the son of the late Joseph B. and Polly Lou (Dye) Lipps Jr. Joseph was a painter before his long-term health issues. He is survived by his children, Ashley (Gregory) Chandler and Brandon (Maggie) Lipps; grandchildren, Cameron, Emma Jo, Teigen, Greycen, and Alyjah Lipps; and many other family members and friends. Celebration of Life service is pending.
