Joyce was the daughter of Beatrice and Elza Dunn. She graduated from Camden High School, carrying forward the steady values of her early years with a quiet honesty and a kind-hearted way of being that remained evident throughout her life.
Joyce worked for the Ironworkers Union until her retirement. Following retirement, she moved to Safety Harbor, Florida, where she continued to live with the same devoted spirit that shaped her life and the care she showed to those around her.
Joyce married Roy Clark, and together they had three children: Shelley, Steve, and Adam Clark.
Among Joyce’s most cherished joys were the simple, meaningful traditions that brought family together. She especially enjoyed baking cheesecake with her granddaughters during the holidays—moments marked by warmth, patience, and the gentle kindness for which she will be remembered.
Joyce was preceded in death by her loving husband, Roy; her three children, Shelley, Steve, and Adam Clark; and her parents, Elza and Beatrice Dunn.
She is survived by four grandchildren: Cami Clark (Justin) of Ocala, Florida; Kylie Clark (C.J.) of Clarksville; Kaitlyn Clark ( Wyatt) of Wilmington; and Cassi Clark of Wilmington.
