LaVonne Faye Brooks

LaVonne Faye Brooks, age 61 of Fairfield, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at Mercy Fairfield. She was born in Hamilton, on April 23, 1961, the daughter of James Dalton and Thelma LaVonne (Halcomb) Brooks. LaVonne worked in home health care so she could take care of her mother and sister. She also loved making flower arrangements and bouquets under her business Bonnie's Blooms. She had attended Greenhills United Baptist Church and will be missed by all who knew her. Lavonne is survived by her children, Trema (Sean) Minning, Hattie Halcomb(Nick Steer) and Benjamin (Shelby Scott) Halcomb; grandchildren, Juliette (Walker), Caralyne, Eleanore, Elijah, Raelynn, Leona and Lacey; great grandchild, Saunter; her mother Thelma Brooks; sisters, Joan (Steve) Bishop and Sharon Brooks; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father James Dalton Brooks. Visitation will be held from 11am - 1pm on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home. Funeral ceremony will follow at 1pm with Pastor Tim Mullins officiating. Interment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery. Condolences may be left for the family at www.Webb-Noonan.com
