Lucille Napier

Lucille Frost Napier,91, of Fairfield Township,OH passed away at home on Wednesday,February 18,2026. She was born May 2, 1934 in Krypton, KY to the late Melvin and Ollie (Hurt) Frost, also preceding her death are her beloved husband of 55 years, Marcus Napier, brothers, Taylor (Dora) Frost, Mike Frost, and Charles Frost.

Lucille was the dearly loved mother of Sammie (Lori) Napier,

Roebuck S.C; Diane (Chuck)Wiles, Fairfield , OH; and Marcus Napier ll ,Liberty Twp;OH. She was the cherished grandmother of Joshua (Christina) Lockaby, Samantha Napier Singleton, Nicholas(Lauren) Napier, Megan Wiles, Austin Wiles, and Brittany(Brandon) Smith.

She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews, sisters, Nancy (Julius) Gibson, Hamilton,OH, Barbara (Tom) Biddle, Cynthiana, KY, sister-in-law Rufenia Frost, Somerset, KY.

She was a long time member of West Side Baptist Church in Hamilton, OH. Lucille enjoyed watching the Cincinnati Reds and UK Basketball with her husband. Going to her children's baseball and soccer games, piano recitals, and band performances; Decorating her house, shopping, working in her many flower beds and

helping her husband take care of their vegetable garden. She shared an unbreakable bond with her sister, Nancy "Sissy" Gibson, who was her best friend and constant companion throughout life. She also cherished her friendship with her neighbor, Marion Young, sharing many joyful times together. She loved telling stories of growing up in rural Kentucky, and her family history. She enjoyed the sweet simple joy of being with and taking care of her family and embracing everyday moments that make life meaningful.

Lucille's family will receive friends Friday, February 27, 2026 at Rose Hill funeral home at 2565 Princeton Rd, Fairfield Twp. OH, 45011 starting at 11:00 am, followed by funeral services at 1:00 pm. Following services, Lucille will be laid to rest next to her beloved Marcus in Rose Hill Burial Park.
