Ma. Flora Tovar-Nava, passed away on Wednesday, February 3rd around 8:45 PM, at Hospice of Hamilton. She was born October 26, 1939 to Juan Tovar-Martinez and Amada Nava-Martinez In Leon Guanajuato Mexico, she was the second born of three. On February 14th, 1960, she was married to J.Jesus Garcia-Chavez at San Juan Del Coecillo Parroquia In Leon Guanajuato Mexico . She was a homemaker and devoted Catholic who raised 13 kids, 9 whom she gave birth to: Obdulia Garcia-Tovar, Adrian Garcia-Tovar(Guadalupe Centeno), Alberto Garcia-Tovar(Stephanie) , Joaquin Garcia-Tovar(Miriam Ramirez ), Maria Theresa Garcia-Tovar, Ma. Christina Garcia-Tovar (Ernesto Arajuo), Norma Garcia-Tovar(Alfredo Lopez ), Fabiola Garcia-Tovar, Jose De Jesus Garcia-Tovar (Elizabeth Barbecho) , and 4 whom were adopted after her sister Esperanza Tovar-Nava passed in October of 1980: Elvira Tovar-Lopez(Juan Antonio zuno ) , Gerardo Tovar-Lopez, Jose Lopez-Tovar, Ma. Rosario Tovar-Lopez (Salvador Bandiales). She leaves behind her brother, Guadalupe Tovar-Nava, 22 Grandchildren, and 12 Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jesus, two daughters, Obdulia, Maria Theresa, grandson, Leonardo Emanuel Garcia-Lopez, and granddaughter, Sydney Anise Garcia-Tovar. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 8, 2021 from 4pm to 8 pm at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at St. Julie Billiart Catholic Parish. Condolences may be left for the family at www.Webb-Noonan.com
