Mabel Charlotte Andrews, age 100 of Liberty Township, Ohio, formerly of California, passed away at Birchwood Care Center on Thursday, October 22, 2026. She was born on March 28, 1926 in Josephine County, Oregon, the youngest of ten children. Mabel is survived by her children, Sharon Riggs, Arnold (Annette) Andrews, and Marilyn Andrews; six grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Belle (Hayes) Seward; husband, Frank Andrews Jr.; son, Darrell Andrews; and nine siblings.
