

Margie Lee Stratman, age 95, of Fairfield, Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2026, at Hospice of Hamilton. She was born on July 7, 1930, in Fairfield, Ohio, to the late Ernest and Frances (Kelley) Johnson. Margie had a lifelong career as a dedicated bookkeeper and was known for her strong work ethic. Above all, she cherished her family and treasured the time spent with them. Margie had a love for travel, especially enjoying trips with her daughters. She also loved shopping and, most importantly, spending time with her loved ones. Margie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Elmer Stratman; her parents; her brother, Bobbie Johnson; and her son-in-law, Larry Hester. She is survived by her loving children: Judy (Gary) Bramble, Bonnie Allen, Carolyn Hester, and Cheryl (Paul) Haughey. She is also survived by her sister, Mary Jane Bober, and her stepchildren: Dan (Margaret) Stratman, Peggy (Greg) Hornung, Robert (Jean) Stratman, and Ronnie (Julie) Stratman. Margie leaves behind many cherished grandchildren: Nathan (Kristy) Bramble, Craig (Jennifer) Bramble, Chris (Megan) Hester, Danielle Hester, Brooke (Monica) Soncrant-Haughey, Kristen Haughey, and Kyle (Summer) Haughey. She is also survived by numerous beloved great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m., officiated by Rev. Edwin Beck.
