HUNTINGTON, Martha Caroline Age 87, of Hamilton died Monday, April 15, 2013 at The Woodlands of Hamilton. She was born in Cologne, Germany on December 14, 1925 the daughter of Joseph and Martha (Brandstetter) Noethen. She married Luther E. Huntington in Hamilton on June 26, 1948 and he preceded her in death on January 18, 1996. She had been employed as a switchboard operator at Fort Hamilton Hospital for 20 years. She was a very active member of Grace United Methodist Church and had been a Girl Scout leader. She is survived by her son, Dennis (Nancy) Huntington, Hamilton; her daughters, Colleen (Rex) Leffel, Columbus, Ohio and Diane K. (Sid) Conley, M.D., Charlotte, North Carolina; her brother, Hubert Noethen, Scottsdale, Arizona; ten grandchildren, Bradley and Mark Huntington, Benjamin and Emily Leffel, Andrew, Connor, Brian and Reed Deloach and Tilley and Lexi Conley and two great grandchildren, Olivia and Cole Huntington. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her infant son, Bradley. The family wishes to thank the staffs of The Woodlands and Hospice of Cincinnati for their care.
