Doreen, so sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my prayers. Loved camping with Mike, you, my dad and mom ( Clarence and Wilma Meyers and my husband Ty, at Champion Camping Club...  You two always helped make all our gathering there fun. Loved your campsite at Halloween and Christmas in July..  Mike went all out with the decorations..  RIP Mike...

Mike was a very  dear friend who loved to camp. Loved cooking breakfast for the grandkids. Loved decorating for Halloween and always was looking for something new for his Halloween collection. Absolutely loved the campground and being one of the founding fathers gave his heart and soul for the betterment of the camp. Loved seeing people having a good time and fishing in the creek. Was a stickler for the rules and regulations but at least you knew where he was coming from. Loved working around camp and peace and harmony hated bickering and arguing. Sure going to miss you Mike.

My big brother I will miss you like crazy. I want to thank you for including me as a small child in your family gatherings them my children and of course my grandchildren in your life of love and magic. You were one of the best  at getting my kids to smile, to  play or even to teach them how to swim. I love you and Doreen. In this life we always don’t see eye to eye but when people learn to agree to disagree and still be apart of each other’s life that’s called love  and I love all my family. You were a great family man not only to your children but you and Doreen always invited my family out for Christmas, Halloween parties, camp grounds.... you two brought fun and joy to our lives but most of all love. I remember at one of the dinners last year you and I spoke  about how we were always around each other when I was younger and babysat for you, then how you taught me how to park and loaned me Doreen’s car to take drivers test in. How you would play Santa for my children and they believe you were the real Santa. I have a lifetime of great memories spending time with you and your family. I am going to miss you so much. You are finically with mom and our siblings I hope you all are up there rejoicing and are in the arms of Jesus. I will see you all again but until then I will cherish each memory I have of you. Go rest High in that Mountain. You have no more saddens or pain. That is what I am going to hold onto just knowing you are with your parents, siblings and the rest of our family and friends that has gone in before us. I love you and will miss you the rest of my life. Thank you for being my big brother. I love you Uncle Mike 😘😘😝😝

I had the pleasure of working with Mike at school.  He was a great guy with a great sense of humor and a joy to work with.  My wife Norma is friends with Doreen and we are blessed to be called their friends and to have had the opportunity to know Mike.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.  Prayers for peace and comfort for the family.
