KELTNER, Nancy Lee Age 70 of Oxford, OH, passed away November 5, 2013 at Liberty Nursing Home in Oxford, OH. She was born June 25, 1943 in Hamilton, OH to Joseph E. and Mildred L. (George) Boatright. She was preceded in death by her father and mother. Nancy is survived by her husband John E. Keltner; brother Daryl Ray Boatright, sister Donna Jo (Charles) Paxton and her special cousin Faye Yeakle.
