HOWARD, Nathan L. Age 42, of Toledo, passed away at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 8:19 AM. He was born in Covington, Kentucky on April 30, 1971 to Janyce (Crawford) and Mitchell Howard. Nathan was employed as an EMT for Medcorp for seven years. He is survived by his daughter, Rachael Hyden-Howard of Toledo; his mother, Janyce Isaacs of Hamilton; his grandmother, Wanda Crawford of Hamilton; his father, Mitchell Howard of Crittenden, Kentucky; brother, Sean Howard of Florida; sister, Marlene Dalton of Kentucky; his three special friends and caregivers, Sue Hyden, Tim Spezia, and Cody Hyden; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
