Oreda Maxine Bowman

Oreda Maxine (nee Meece) - age 83 of Fairfield passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2015. She was born August 5, 1931 in Somerset, Kentucky to the late Gilbert and Ella Mae Meece. On September 25, 1952 in Richmond, Indiana she married Jack Bowman Jr. Oreda was a lifetime member of the DAV, VFW, Moose, Eagles, Sahib Temple and Shriners of Sarasota, Florida.

She is survived by her children David L. (Brandie) Bowman Sr. and Lisa D. (Mark) Shirley; grandchildren David Bowman Jr., Jacquelyn Noland, Megan (Greg) Kuertz and Kayla Shirley; 2 great grandchildren; brothers Leslie Meece and Bill (Donna) Meece; also survived by numerous family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jack, her brothers Roy, Orville, James, Duel and Curtis Meece and sisters Norma Jean Van Hook and Doris Slavey.
