Patrick Henry Sullivan

Patrick H. Sullivan, age 76, of Fairfield, Ohio, passed away Monday, July 6, 2026, surrounded by family. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on August 26, 1949, to the union of Henry and Lois Sullivan. He was a graduate of Garfield High School, and, after attaining a college degree, secured employment at Hamilton Window & Door before moving on to Champion Windows. Patrick was a devoted member of Bridgewater Church in Fairfield Township, Ohio. Patrick was a die-hard racecar fan as evidenced by his history of attendance of 42 years at the Indy 500 and 26 years of attendance at the Brickyard 400. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, visiting numerous beaches, touring several Naval ships and attending multiple air shows.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Michael Sullivan.

Patrick leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 55 years, Carol; his daughters, Tammy Greve (George) and Sarah Sullivan; his grandchildren, Kyle and Kayla; his brother-in-law, Dennis (Kelly Long); his niece Rachel Eddingfield, along with a host of other family and friends who will miss him dearly.

Visitation will be held on Monday July 13, 2026, at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Rd., Hamilton, OH 45011, beginning at 12:00pm, until time of services, beginning at 1:00pm. Pastor Drew Wilkerson, officiating.
