He was born to the late Paul and Mabel Moore on June 29th, 1956. Paul served his country in the U.S. Army. He is proceeded in death by his wife Karla Michelle Moore (Gorth). And survived by his children Lisa Marie Sizemore (Moore), Paula Moore; Grandchildren Nicholas Sizemore, Alyssa Sizemore, Kayla, Devon; Brothers Edward (Terri) Moore, Tim (Dianne) Moore, Sister Vicki Moore, and many nieces and nephews, and beloved family friends Danny, Ruby and Gene. And his dogs Liz and Cookie.
A visitation will be held at Rose Hill Funeral on Saturday December 22nd 2018 from 10:00 AM TO 11:00 Entombment to take place at Rose Hill Mausoleum after services.
