Paula Jean Ledford, age 62 of Oxford, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. She was born on September 2, 1962 in Hamilton, the daughter of Lloyd Junior Smith and the late Wilma Jean (Herald) Smith. Paula is survived by her father, Lloyd; children, Jamie Lee Ledford and Matthew Paul Ledford; grandchildren, Nicole Marcum, Robyn Marcum, Haily Ledford, and Matt Ledford; and brothers, Steven (Gayle) Smith and Samuel (Kristie) Smith. She was preceded in death by her mother, Wilma; and brothers, Jerry Lee Smith, Lloyd Junior Smith III, and Gary Nolan Smith. A Visitation will be held from 12pm until 1pm on Monday, December 2, 2024 at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, Ross Avenue at South “D” Street, Hamilton. A Funeral Service will begin at 1pm on Monday at the funeral home with Dan Compston, Minister officiating. Interment will follow in Somerville Cemetery.
