Biff and Kristen,
I am so sorry for your loss. Ralph was such a great guy. I know he will be looking down on both of you and your families, and guiding you all through the rest of your lives. You all have a wonderful Guardian Angel watching over you. God Bless you all in this time of sorrow. RIP Ralph.
Love you both very much!

I've been thinking about my dad a lot lately. I sure miss him. Since I heard the news of Uncle Ralph, I've also pondered the joyous reunion between brothers and sisters, son and parents on the other side. As we grieve the loss of dear loved family, I often look forward to the time when we will all join together again in love, oneness and unity.

My thoughts, prayers and love are with all of you during this time of transition and adjustment. I pray that the absence of our beloved family who have progressed forward before us maybe brief, that the joy of reuniting might bring us all great happiness...forever!
God bless us ALL!

Ralph was an excellent police officer who displayed inspiring leadership as FOP President, and compassion for those whom he served. He was also a great listener - and friend. It was a privilege to have known him.

My sympathies to the Bowman family. Worked with Ralph at HPD. I was Vice Pres. of FOP 38 while Ralph was President. Went on many fishing trips to Canada with him. Always enjoyed his company. He was a good man.
