Robert William Barkley, Jr., age 65 of Middletown, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at the Dayton VA Hospice Center. He was born in Hamilton, on March 1, 1959, the son of the late Robert William and Eleanor Mae (Barker) Barkley. Robert was a U.S. Army Veteran and a retired carpenter by trade. He is survived by his daughter, Rachel Cobb; grandchildren; great grandchildren, and sisters, Michelle (Kenneth) Horsley, Karen (Dana) Cornett, Tammy (Roy) Glancy, Jessica Romanello and numerous nieces and nephews.
