Robert A. "Dutch" Schuber

Age 88 of Hamilton passed on Sunday May 6, 2012 at Woodlands of Hamilton. He was born on January 5, 1924 in Hamilton, the son of the late Andrew R. and Marie (Ulreich) Schuber. Dutch graduated from Hamilton City Schools and was an Army Veteran of WWII. On August 7, 1946 he married Clara RunneBaum and she preceded him in death on December 4, 2007. He was a retired Paint Foreman for Diebold and was a member of VFW Chapter #1069 and Cooties. Robert is survived by his three children, Linda Weber, Janice Light and Andy (Terri) Schuber; five grandchildren, Rhonda True, Carrie (Greg) Eppard, Ryan (Beth) Weber, Renee (Kevin) Willis and Tara Schuber; eight great grandchildren, Craig, Courtney, Morgan, Alex, Sean, Adam, Andrew and Emilee; three sisters, Margaret (Jim) Kersteiner, Romilda Turner and Dorothy Zimmerman. Robert was also preceded in death by two son-in-laws, Bob Light and Ron Weber and two brother-in-laws, Merle Zimmerman and Herb Turner. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday May 9, 2012 at St. Mary Cemetery with Rev. Jacob Flannery officiating.
