Robert Charles "Bob" Setser, age 63 of Fairfield, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at West Chester Hospital. He was born on July 8, 1952 in Fort Benning, GA, the son of Charles Frederick and Myrtle Ruby (Waldroff) Setser. On October 6, 1990 in Fairfield, Bob married his wife of over 25 years, Jill Lynn Harmon. He was a church organist for 50 years, most recently at Tri-County Baptist Church, where he was also a member. Bob was a complex man who enjoyed music, architecture, gardening, art, reading, theology and wood-working. He also loved travel, cooking and history. Bob is survived by his mother, Ruby Setser; wife, Jill Setser; and son, Kenneth Setser. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Setser. Visitation will be held from 10am until 11am on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Tri-County Baptist Church, 8195 Beckett Road, West Chester, OH 45069. Funeral Service will be held at 11am on Thursday at the church with Pastor Brian McManus officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Memorial contributions may be made in Bob’s name to Tri-County Baptist Church.
