Robin Lynn Montgomery, beloved daughter of Pastor Grant and Ann Montgomery of Hamilton, was called home to the Father’s House January 3, 2019 from Hospice of Hamilton. She is survived by two brothers, Pastor Mark Montgomery of Gibsonburg, Ohio and Grant Montgomery II of Mt. Hope, West Virginia; sister Chrystal Ann Fauver of Hamilton and her daughter Lindsey Kreuz of Olmsted Falls, Ohio. She was preceded in death by a beloved son Keven Kreuz. As a Pastor’s daughter, Robin lived in five different states and attended many schools. She graduated from Rossford High School in 1974. For five years Robin fought the good fight of faith against cancer and related complications. As a woman of deep faith, she found courage, strength and comfort. She never gave up. In the end she simply went home. Her spiritual home on earth was the Ross Community United Methodist Church. She loved the church family and they loved her. She served there as the head of the Nursery Department and related responsibilities. Robin loved to cook and provide wonderful deserts for the fellowship hours. A service of Worship and Celebration will be held at the Ross Community United Methodist Church 2943 Hamilton Cleves Road Hamilton, Ohio 45013 on Sunday March 24, 2019 at 4pm.

Our friendship spanned over 40 yrs and I have way too many memories to share,,,so I will keep them in my heart for safekeeping. We would laugh for hours on the phone about the silliest stuff. Living in a world without my dear friend to talk and laugh with is something I can't comprehend yet. I choose to see Robin, hand in hand with Freddie, walking over that Rainbow Bridge with Chief! 😊 Now THAT makes me smile! Missing you already,,,,Your old friend, Karen

A few memories I have from my childhood include Robin💜
I remember coming to play with Lindsay and Robin making oatmeal masks to put on our faces, I remember snuggling up in Robins bed with Lindsay and her checking on us, I remember her coming into a pet store i worked at looking for the perfect pet for Freddie ( Which was a ferret or a puppy😂), and most of all I remember listening to her and my Mom laugh together. I never knew what they were laughing about, but it carried through the house! Robin your smile was contagious. Now rest peacefully and watch over Lindsay and her babies🙏

In memory of Robin, a friend from a happier time and place in our younger years. We created fun and meaningful memories in each other's life, and those are ours to keep. We had lost contact over the years, yet your light was shining some where, I am sure. Rest in peace, dear Robin. You are gone, but never forgotten. ~ Tenderly, Sue McNaull-Hreben
