Shirley Diana Alford

Alford, Shirley Diana, age 76, of Hamilton, Ohio passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2024. She was born in Hulen, Kentucky on March 26, 1948 to Verna and William Eads in her grandmother's house. She passed on November 13, 2024. Shirley was a devoted

mother, loving grandmother, and she came to know Jesus Christ as her Savior at age 17. Shirley would speak boldly to family, friends and neighbors about their need for a Savior. She was a true example of her faith everyday. She grew up in a family of 10 brothers and sisters. After retiring from SOS, she spent many happy hours with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren sharing her faith and love with them.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Paul Eads.

Shirley is survived by her sons, Richard N. Alford, Joseph M. Alford (Melissa), Doug E. Alford (Angie); grandchildren, Nicholas Alford (Monique), Haley Liles (Max), Belen Alford; great grandchildren, Silas Alford, Vincent Alford; sisters, Faye Sims (Richard), Lois Adkins (Gene), Jeanette Hensley (Jesse), Yvonne Sizemore; brothers, Bill Eads (Jean), David Eads, Larry Eads (Carla), Garry Eads (Sandy), Michael Eads (Tammie). She will be loved and cherished by a host of family and friends.

Memorial Gathering will be from 2:00 pm until Memorial Services at 3:00 pm on Monday, December 2, 2024 at the Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.
