Teresa Lynn Nelson, age 60 of Hamilton, passed away at her home on Thursday, February 5, 2026. She was born on May 27, 1965 in Cincinnati, the daughter of the late Thomas and Patricia (Nutley) Heckman. Teresa is survived by her daughters, Bobbi Nelson and Brittany (Zakk) Gage; grandchildren, Bentlee Nelson and Atlas Gage; and brothers, Steve Heckman and Chris Heckman. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Patricia; and brother, Kenny Heckman. Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
