Vera Margaret Romer

Vera Margaret Romer, 78 of Hamilton passed away, Thursday May 8, 2025. Vera was born March 6, 1947 in Anderson Township, Ohio to the late Lloyd D. and Fern (Sharp) Davidson. Also preceding her in death are her grandson Cody Romer, brother Lloyd Kenneth Davidson.

Vera’s memory will be cherished by her beloved husband of 62 years, Kenneth B. Romer, children Kenneth Dean (Melissa) Romer, Randall Scott Romer, Kelly (Craig) Romer Armstrong; six grandchildren Kristi (Steven) Fields, Zach (Amanda) Romer, Corey (Mackenzie Ferguson) Romer, Janzen, Gannon, Kiegan Romer. Also surviving are four great-grandchildren Alexis Carpenter (Brandyn) Geisz, Kayla (Jacob Vernon) Carpenter, Lorelai, Dorethea Romer; great-great-granddaughter Alila Carpenter; sister-in-law Brenda Davidson, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, her BFF Kathy (Marvin) Sargent and many other friends.

Vera met the love of her life Kenneth at Riley High School when she was 14 and they have been together ever since. She was President of North End Ball League, was very involved with PTA, Boy Scouts and had been a den mother. Vera really enjoyed cooking for her family. She had worked for Baker Photography and later owned her own photography business, taking school, wedding and portrait photos.

Vera’s family will receive friends at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Road, Saturday May 17, 2025 starting at 10:00 am, followed by funeral services at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
