Downs, William Franklin, age 59, of Liberty Township, Ohio passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2024. He was born July 7, 1964 in Bellflower, California to Frances and Edwin Downs. Loved growing anything as he had a green thumb, was selfless and would help anyone, whoever knew him loved him, drove a truck for 10 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
William is survived by his partner, Paul W. Hargis; aunt, Ruth Marler; cousin, Kristina Young. He will be loved and cherished by a host of family and friends.
Memorial Services will be held Monday June 3, 2024 from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Rose Hill Memorial Park, 2565 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.
