89 of Millville, passed away on Sunday March 27, 2016 in Millville. He was born in Oxford on November 21, 1926, the son of the late Henry and Lenora (Murray) Phillips. William was a retired self-employed contractor and loved being around his family. He is survived by his brother Robert E. Phillips and many nieces and nephews. William was also preceded in death by his wife Patricia (Gfroerer) Phillips and ten brothers and sisters. Funeral ceremony will be held at 11am on Thursday March 31, 2016 at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
