William Sheerin, age 64 of Hamilton passed away at Woodlands of Hamilton on Friday, November 11, 2011 at 5:15 PM. He was born in Springfield, Ohio on September 30, 1947 the son of Robert and Wencella (Ranly) Sheerin. William was employed doing piece work at Goodwill and enjoyed attending activities at veterans' lodges.
He is survived by a brother, Edward Sheerin; a sister, Roberta (Jack) Warndorf; a niece, Tracy (Jeff) Sterwerf; a nephew, Brent (Kerry) Warndorf; and several great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church, 382 Liberty Avenue, on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at 10:00 AM with Fr. Ronald C. Haft Celebrant. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
