To the La Mastra family, I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. I just heard about Adelina and her father today. I have very fond childhood memories of Adelina. I lost my father this past summer and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of him. Take comfort in knowing that she and her father are together and watching over all of their loved ones. May God give you strength. Rest in peace dear old friend, your suffering is no more.

Ad, my childhood friend, although we lost touch when Luca was young, it seemed that I thought of you everyday, waiting for the opportunity to re-connect.  It was tragic to hear of your passing.  George and I share fond memories of you...you were my maid of honor and I feel fortunate that you were a big part of my life.

Luca, I admired your mom's keen sense of style, her fun personality, her strength and love for those she kept close.  She had many qualities that made her one of a kind.  Nothing will replace her; when you feel sad, be comforted in the beautiful memories you shared with your mom and know that she will continue to protect and guide you through her spirit.

Words cannot express the sorrow we felt when we heard the news.  Our deepest condolences to Luca, Mrs. LaMastra, Cinzia, Vito, Ryan, Dino and Adelina's nieces and nephews.  Adelina touched many lives in different ways; she will always live in our hearts.  It's hard to hold back tears and wonder what could have been...at the same time I smile thinking back and am comforted by memories of good times.

My deepest condolences to the LaMastra family.  I just found out on Easter of the passing of Adele whom I went to high school with. We became friends in Italian class and we were part of the Italian club together.  She was a great friend and we shared many laughs together. It has been along time since I have seen Adele but she was a wonderful girl I was priviliged to have known and have in my life. I remember her personality lit up a room.   She loved life and I am so glad that she was a part of my life during those years. I met up with her one day at the hockey arena and she was a beaming mother watching her son play.  I am sadden that I couldn't pay my last respects at her funeral, I wish I could have said good bye to a dear childhood friend.  May God bless you all during this very difficult time.

She was our next door neighbour for 8 years and was always happy to lend a hand, a cup of sugar or keep an eye on the kids when needed.  She was always giving me purple things to help me decorate as she knew that was my colour and she had such a love for decorating and gardening.  I will truly miss seeing her outside and hearing her laugh - and her Michael Jackson music.  Luca she doted on you and loved you more than life itself.  She talked about you every time we spoke. You had such a wonderful beautiful mom and I am so sorry that you lost her way too soon.  She will be your angel, always right there with you.  Ryan, whatever you may need, please let us know.
