Adolfina Petrauskas

Passed away peacefully on Friday May 10th, with family at her side in her 85th year. Beloved wife of Antanas Petrauskas; dear mother of Tony (Herma) Petrauskas and Ruth Anne Wheeler; and devoted grandmother to Michelle (Scott) Walker, Ryan (Melissa) Petrauskas, and Courtney (Brian) Wheeler Cirillo; and doting great grandmother to Hailey, Isaiah, and Josiah Walker; Luke, Abigail, and Phoebe Petrauskas; and Olivia Wheeler Cirillo. Adolfina was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Eva Norkute. Adolfina was born in Lithuania on May 8th, 1929. Coming to Canada with her family in 1965 from England; she was devoted to raising her two children, three grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all of her loving family. Friends may call at the MARLATT FUNERAL HOME, 615 Main Street East, Hamilton (east of Sanford Avenue) on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Lithuanian Church, 58 Dundurn Street North, Hamilton on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 10 a.m. Interment St. John’s Lithuanian Cemetery, Mississauga.
