Alice and the late Ronald are finally together again. For all that knew Alice, she was a fighter and fought until the end. Her strong wit and saucy way will be sadly missed by her children, Mary (Jim) McGurk, Debbie (Phil) Lee, Ron, Jackie and Jim (Shelley). Pre-deceased by daughter Donna (the late Lenny) Pettipas and son Wayne (Sandra). Also survived by 19 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Thanks to the caring staff on the 3rd floor at St. Peter's Hospital. Visitation at the MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayer Vigil at 3:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Incarnation of Our Blessed Lord Roman Catholic Church (corner of Nash Road and Barton Street), Hamilton on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 9 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
