On Sunday, September 19, 2010 Pat passed away peacefully at her home at the age of 79. Predeceased by her husband Harold. Dearly loved by her children Janet, Dennis, Paul and her grandchildren Patricia, Jennifer, Darryl as well as her great grandchildren Leah and Nathan. Her granddaughter Patricia is saddened that grandma will not be able to see the birth of her third great grandchild who will be born in December, adding yet another precious member to the family. We will truly miss her love and kindness that she was giving from her heart. In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held at the CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME "UPPER JAMES CHAPEL" 1020 Upper James Street on Friday, September 24, 2010 beginning at 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12 p.m. Interment to follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
