I am so sorry for the loss of dear Aunt Barb.  Even though we did not see each often she was always so thoughtful with her cards and kind wishes for my kids and family. She will always be remembered...may she rest in peace.

I simply wish to echo the sentiments of my mom below...

Lorolei knows well the everlasting gratitude that my family feels towards Barb for her efforts and kindness towards my brother Greg, something that was of great comfort to him and our family during his illness.

But y'know, that was simply the way your mom was with everyone; her character has left a lasting impression many people, especially in the way that we should selflessly aspire to treat others.

I just wanted to comfort all of your family in kind, and remind you that your mom is very much still here... her legacy and spirit will remain alive with me, and many other people, for years to come.

Dear Lorolei, Phil and Chris,
I have been thinking of you since I heard the news of Barb's death.

It was so lovely to share warm feelings with her at our Easter dinner.  Our shirts were of identical design as you may recall.  Barb got a kick out of that.

Barb expressed to me a kindred soul in Greg.  As you believe there is a heaven, they have met again.  So nice to think of that.

Keep thinking of your fondest memories.  They will sustain you through this ordeal.

We have known both Barb and Jim through
St. Charles Church,The Good Shepherd, Hamilton Right to Life.
Both have made tremendous contributions to these organizations.  We are sure that there are more areas where they served the community.
Did you know this?  The Saturday group who serve at the Good Shepherd and where Jim was the leader has changed their name.  We were affliated with St. Charles and then St. Patricks.  After Jim passed away, we changed our name to the "A" Team in his memory.
Our thoughts are with you on Barb's passing.  Unfortunately, we cannot make the funeral Mass at St. Charles, but you will in our thoughts and prayers.
We are making a donation to Neighbour to Neighbour in Barb's name.
