Peacefully passed away at the Hamilton General Hospital on April 10, 2013 in her 88th year. Born in Draganic, Croatia to parents Nikola and Veronika Jazvac. Predeceased by her loving husband Josip and most recently by her caring and close brother Joe. Survived by her 3 dear sons John (Marianne), Branko (Jeanette) and Joe (Debra). Will be sadly missed by grandchildren, Mark, Julie, Lisa, Michael, Natalie and David and by her great grandchildren Sequoia, Nova and Zane. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to Dr. Oczkowski and staff for their compassionate care, as well as to the Staff of Abbington Court (Marilyn). Visitation will be held at the MARKEY DERMODY FUNERAL HOME 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated from Holy Cross Croatian Church on Monday April 15, 2013 at 9:30am. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery to follow. Donations to the Heart and Stroke foundation would be appreciated.
