It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Beryl Pearson on June 8, 2021 in her 80th year.

Cherished mother to James "Jim" Pearson (Julee). Predeceased by her loving husband James Robert Pearson (2005) and siblings Alex Molnar and Marilyn Wallace. She will be deeply missed by her sister Rose Newell (Brian) as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Beryl worked as a Clerk for the City of Hamilton for many years. She will be lovingly remembered for the love she had for animals. Beryl was a proud supporter of Councillor Tom Jackson and admirer of The Hamilton Fire Department. She was a huge fan of Elvis and enjoyed playing Bingo and watching NASCAR. Cremation has taken place and a Graveside Service will be held at Mount Hamilton Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations can be made to the Hamilton/Burlington SPCA in Beryl's memory.

My dog Gizmo and I will miss sitting out front of our building with her, watching the cars go by. She will be deeply missed by all the animals she showed so much kindness too. ❤

Will always remember Beryl from my time as a lifeguard at Huntington Park. We used to laugh and joke around all the time. She'd always call me a monkey and even after I moved from Hamilton she'd still send me birthday cards with monkeys on it!
My condolences to her family.
