Passed away peacefully at his home
on Monday, September 9, 2013 at
the age of 88. Blaze will be sadly missed
by all his relatives in Slovakia and many friends
in Canada, Germany and Japan including Hannelore,
his sisters Maria and Irenka, and his nephew Paul
with his wife Yoko. Cremation has taken place
and the ashes scattered in his beloved Ontario.
A Funeral Mass was celebrated from
Sts. Cyril and Methodius Slovak Church
(204 Park St. N., Hamilton) on Friday,
September 13, 2013 at 11 a.m.
