Brian Edward Potocjar

Beloved son of Mary Potocjar. Predeceased by his father Joseph Potocjar (2008), who cherished his son. Loved brother of Susan Welsh (Mark) and Frank Potocjar (Cecilia). Adored uncle of Jonathan Welsh (Michelle) and Kassandra Potocjar (Colin). Brian was a longtime, valued employee of Valentino’s Restaurant in Stoney Creek. Brian loved his sports. He was a strong supporter of the Denver Broncos, Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto Maple Leafs. He enjoyed special times at The Penalty Box. Brian was devoted to his family and treasured family moments. We will miss you so much Brian, but you are forever in our hearts. Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Wednesday, November 16 from 5-8 pm with Rosary at 7 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Church, 1883 King Street East, on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 10 am. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
