It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Carl Barr in his 39th year. Loving and devoted father of Emmalee and Nolan. Beloved son of Carl and Marsha, older brother of Jason (Alexandra), Christopher and Katie. He will be sadly missed by Tegan Olszewski and her parents Rick and Karen, her sisters Shawna (Mark), Riki Leigh (Robert), Kelsey (Trevor) and many nieces and nephews. Loved by his grandparents Mary and the late Edward Lang. Predeceased by James and Patricia Barr. Carl will be forever remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at Markey-Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Wednesday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm where the Memorial Service will take place on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations in Carl’s memory may be made to any branch of Nova Scotia Bank 600121026720, which has been set up for his children.
