Aunt Carol has gone but only in body. Because her memory lives on in my mind, including the love I felt from her, she is still with me. My deepest condolences to Sherri. Ron and I owe so much to Aunt Carol and her family. I remember her tomato soup made with milk (not water) and cans of Pepsi with the buttons you had to push rather than tabs to pull to get them open. And the grandest, most decorative Christmas trees I had ever seen, year after year. We love you Aunt Carol and are lucky to have had you in our lives.

So sad to read of Carol's passing. We were high school friends and I was her maid of honour when she and Fred married. We kept in touch sporadically over the years. I called her frequently after Fred passed away. I am still in shock after reading of her sudden passing. She was such a good friend during our high school years. My prayers are with you Sherri.

She was my Aunt Carol, my Godmother, and she helped raise me and my brother on Wilson street. I have such warm feelings when I think of her and her home. My brother and I would often go there for lunch during schools days; I felt like it was our home too. There was so much love in her heart and she shared it with all those around her. When Sherri came along, Aunt Carol was so happy and my brother and I got a wonderful person to grow up with in that house full of love. Aunt Carol will always be a part of everything I am and do.

My dearest mom, you were my very best friend and I miss you so much. You not only made my life better, but touched so many lives in ways you didn't know. You are my heart, my soul, my breath, my reason for everything. I will miss you now and forever. The hardest times are the times when I know we were supposed to talk. I miss your voice, hugs, kisses, and love.
You will always be in my heart. I love you. 💖

How do you say goodby to a dear, dear friend. So I won't. I will keep her forever in my heart and memories. We have been friends for over 50 years and created so many found memories. I am so happy to have had her in my life. She was more than a friend. I loved her dearly. She was always kind, compassionate, carrying and thoughtful. Although my heart is broken, she takes up a very special place in it. I will love her forever.
